Hall Printing - Ingrid Hope

Halls Printing“The history of institutions is usually found in records, Ingrid Hopebut in the case of Hall Printing, the past lives alongside its modern reproduction equipment… Amid the modern Heidelberg offset presses of today, the old Linotype stands majestically, part of the legacy of the founder, Elmer Hall.” This is an excerpt from the book “A History In Print” written to commemorate Hall Printing’s 75th anniversary in 1995. This statement still stands true. The Linotype graces the foyer of the Trail office while the high-speed copiers hum away in the space beside.

Ingrid and Ron Hope are the newest owners of this historical enterprise taking over from the retiring David and Gail Chartres in January, 2005. Ingrid’s fifteen years of history with Hall Printing will form the foundation for the changes to come in the future. Technology and customer demands will dictate the direction the company takes. The staff, with its 115 combined years of Hall Printing experience, know they can continue to give the best service.

The staff at Hall Printing take pride in being an integral part of the community it serves and look forward to sharing the economic re-birth of the region while valuing the lessons of the past.
