Attending the Mentorship Conference Online


Attending the conference online.

You can join AND interact with presenters and other online attendees.
During breaks and lunch you will have the opportunity to network with other online attendees or log off.

How to:

You will need:
1) a computer that has internet access (hi-speed or modem)
2)A headset and microphone (this prevents feedback) if you do not have a headset /microphone a landline bridge will be provided.

Prior to the conference you will receive an email containing the login link for the conference.
You will be reminded again the day before and day of the conference to login 10 minutes before the event start time. Help will be available via phone if you have any problems!

Once you have logged in you will be able to view the presentation on your computer screen and hear the presentations over your headset.
Moderators in Rossland will be viewing chat windows - you can enter questions via chat and your question will be posed to the presenter / panel in turn with other attendees.

You will receive handouts and materials via email in PDF format.

You will receive same take away as attendees who are attending in person.
